It's simple to get going, just register with CoderTribe (if you're not already) and launch the new project wizard. Registration is simple, just give us an email address and you're in.
Kicking off a project is just as simple. The new project wizard let's you provide a basic description of the project you want to build, provide some basic details of the skills and roles you are looking for, or select a project template to use the best-practices for your project type.
Once you described what you want, invite people you know or let CoderTribe find the best people for you. As you invite people to your project they give you bids on their rate, availability and how long they think their part will take. You can accept bids, counter or move on.
When you've accepted your team members, setup the first payment milestone and add funds to the escrow account to cover the first payment. This triggers the alert to your team to get started. Add tasks, specs, milestones and communicate with your team to get your project done!
