CoderTribe let's you manage your project in a simple, web-based interface. All the tools you need to define, resource and deliver your project are available within the project interface.

1 - New Project Wizard
The New Project Wizard let's you quickly launch your software project. Add as many details as you want, or just accept the defaults. CoderTribe will get you started quickly.
2 - Project Templates
Project Templates let you define your project like a pro.  Select the template that best matches what you want, and CoderTribe will populate the details with appropriate defaults for the type of project you are building.  You don't hwve to know what technologies, skills or even team roles you need, project templates will provide that for you.  Of course, if you do know what you want you can add or change any of the details the template provided for you.
3 - Build your team
CoderTribe let's you build your team, even if you don't know who you need.  Invite people you know, or let CoderTribe find people who best fit the needs of your project and your team.  Our reputation engine shows you the top candidates based on what they have done, not what their friends say.  
4 - Manage your tasks and requirements
Finding the right people is only half of the problem.  Once you have the team on board, you need to tell them what to build and manage the process.  CoderTribe provides all the tools to simplify communications with your team on what to build, and when you expect it.  
5 - Deliver your project

Execution is everything.  You've got the team. You've got the specs. Now it's time to get busy!  As you progress through your project, CoderTribe will continue to provide advice about ways to make your project better.  We'll let you know how your project compares to similar projects, alerting you to potential hazards.  We'll advise you about changes to your team that make sense based on the stage of your project, such as adding QA, or running a beta.

As milestones are reached, CoderTribe will prompt you to make payments to your team members, set the next payment milestone, and add funds to the escrow account.  We handle everything so you can focus on your project.
